It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We strongly recommend hand washing to maximise longevity, though it can usually be washed on the most gentle cycle in a washing machine.

The helmet has a ventilation system that can be opened and closed according to your needs, so it remains just as comfortable to use on a warm summer day, as well as in rain or colder conditions.

The magnetic clasp can easily be opened and closed with one hand, allowing you to always keep hold of the reins with your free hand. The clasp closes simply by bringing the two parts close together you will hear a click when it is securely fastened. To open it, pull the lower part forwards, as it can only be opened in one direction.

We recommend replacing your helmet after a significant impact, or after approximately 3–5 years of use, largely depending on how it is stored. Helmets stored in dark conditions at normal temperature will last longer than those kept in warm, sunny environments, where heat and sunlight can affect the shell. In the event of a crash within 2 years, you can use our Crash Replacement Programme to receive 20% off a new helmet.

Wipe the outside with a damp cloth and allow the helmet to air dry. Avoid strong chemicals. The inner liner can be hand-washed and replaced when needed.

The visor is designed to attach to the helmet quickly and easily using magnets, and helps provide clear vision in varying light conditions.
