Return Policy

Our goal is that you will be completely satisfied with the product or the products you purchase at Y/ELM+. If you order from the website you have a right to regret your purchase within 14 days from receiving the product. You must ship the product without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days after receiving your order. Because returns have a high environmental impact in the form of additional CO2 emissions, we charge a return fee to reduce unnecessary purchases and returns. In connection with the refund of an accepted return, we will therefore charge a return fee of EUR 7.50.

If you make an exchange there is no charge. Please note that all products returned have to be in its original condition with the labels still on for a full refund, including labels and box etc.

Please note that we reserve ourselves from products being sold out when you wish to change color or size. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will refund you. If you still want the item, you are welcome to place a new order when it’s back in stock. If you have any questions, something with your order is wrong, or if you for any other reason want to contact us, our customer service will be glad to assist you.
