Accidents happen – and when they do, we want you back in the saddle with a helmet you can trust.
Our Crash Replacement Program gives you 50% off a new YELM helmet if your current one has been damaged in a riding-related incident.

Here’s how it works:
If your helmet has been involved in a crash or significant impact while riding, you can apply for a replacement at a discounted price. We’ll provide the same model as your original helmet, or the closest current equivalent if it's no longer in stock.

To qualify for crash replacement:

- The damage must be the result of a riding-related accident or impact.

- The helmet must have been purchased within the last 2 years.

- You must be able to present the damaged helmet and describe the incident.

- Helmets showing signs of misuse or neglect will not be eligible.

How to apply:

Please fill in the form below and include the following:

- Helmet model, size, and color.

- Serial number and manufacturing date (found on the label inside your helmet – include a photo).

- Clear photos showing the damage.

- A short description of the accident.

- Your contact details: full name, address, phone number, and email.

Your safety is our priority.
We strongly recommend never riding in a helmet that has been involved in a heavy impact – even if no damage is visible.
