How the Program Works
If your helmet has been involved in a fall or a significant impact, you are eligible to apply for a replacement at a discounted price.
To maintain your level of protection, we will provide the same model as your original purchase. In the event that your specific model is no longer available, we will offer the closest current equivalent from our latest collection.
Eligibility & Requirements
- The damage must result from a riding-related accident (helmets showing signs of misuse or neglect are not eligible).
- The helmet must have been purchased within the last 2 years.
- You must be able to provide clear photographic evidence of the damage and a brief description of the incident.
HOW TO APPLY
Ensure you include the model, size, and color, along with a photo of the serial number and manufacturing date(found on the internal label).
