All returns are registered in our returns portal.
You choose what you want to send back, get a shipping label straight away and can follow your case from start to finish.
You have a 30-day window from the day you receive your order to decide.

You will need your order number and the email address you used at checkout. The order number is in your order confirmation.
Use the portal if you
Ordered directly from yelmprotection.com and had your order delivered to Sweden, Denmark or Finland.
Contact us instead if you
Bought your YELM product from a retailer. In that case the return or exchange is handled by the store you bought it from, under their terms.
Ordered as a company or riding club against invoice. Email us and we will help you directly.
Received a damaged or incorrect item?
Email us with your order number and a photo and we will sort it out without you needing to register a standard return.
Have an order older than 30 days, or one the portal cannot find. Contact us and we will look into it
Exchange request
Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition, labels and packaging included.
If your desired exchange is out of stock, we’ll issue a full refund so you can shop again when it's back.
