How to measure your head
Run a soft tape measure around your head, about one centimetre above your eyebrows and just above your ears. Keep the tape level the whole way round and read the measurement in centimetres. Measure over the hair you normally ride with.

Checking the fit
The helmet should sit level on your head and cover your forehead. With the strap undone, it should stay in place when you shake your head. Use the adjustable fit to fine-tune it. Snug, without pressure points.
For growing riders
The S/M helmet fits down to 52-53 cm with the junior liner. When your child grows, switch back to the standard liner and the same helmet keeps fitting.
